As you might imagine, I am currently searching for a lawyer to defend me against these charges, as well as a lawyer or firm willing to bring civil action against The Boeing Company, the FAA, and/or the County. A civil action would not be necessarily related to the charges against me, but to end the product substitution, fraud, and other crimes documented on this site to the satisfaction of the public's safety. Your firm could have all the money such a suit could bring you if successful, although endowing a non-profit corporation to act as a watchdog to prevent specifically the Boeing and FAA fraud documented on this site would be a good idea, I believe, as some substitute for the FAA is needed until that agency can be restored to independence from Boeing and to its true mission of protecting public safety. Right now, due to Boeing's actions, I can only afford a public defender. If you are an attorney that wants to prevent huge corporations from having their way with whistleblowers like me, this case would be a good one for you. If you are an exceptional attorney and want to make a name for yourself or your firm, this also would be a good case for you, as public interest seems to be high and getting higher day by day. If you are attorney who wants the airplanes you and your family fly on to be inspected as required before being delivered to airlines, this case is for you. Knowledge of product substitution fraud law, FARs, whistleblower/employee retaliation/harassment law, wrongful termination law, illegal search and seizure law and false arrest law, and computer law would be a plus, I would imagine.
